Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to invite qualified service providers to submit bids for accommodation services in Langebaan, scheduled for 15 October 2025. The goal is to select a suitable provider through a competitive bidding process to fulfill the accommodation requirements as specified by Matzikama Municipality.

Scope

The scope of the tender encompasses the provision of accommodation services in Langebaan for the specified date. Bidders are expected to supply all necessary services related to accommodation as per the requirements outlined in the tender documentation. The contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set by the municipality, including price and B-BBEE status.

Technical Requirements

• Completion of the bid in accordance with the conditions and rules specified in the tender document.
• Submission of sealed bids, clearly endorsed with the bid number, description, and closing date.
• Compliance with all relevant Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards where applicable.
• Registration on the Municipality’s Accredited Supplier Database (CSD) is required for tender eligibility.
• Availability of bid documents from 09 October 2025, with a non-refundable fee of R150.
• Bid submissions must be made in person or via mail before the deadline of 12H00 on 16 October 2025; late, faxed, or emailed bids will not be accepted.
