Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint service providers to assist Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality (BCMM) in specific areas, including the provision of ADSuite for a period of four months and addressing audit findings for the 2024/25 financial year over a period of two months.

Technical Requirements

Interested service providers must:

• Obtain RFQ documents via the BCMM vendor portal or email requests.
• Submit scanned RFQ documents with all supporting and returnable company documents online before the deadline.
• Ensure submissions are made through the BCMM vendor portal at https://vendorportal.buffalocity.gov.za/ by logging in with valid credentials.
• Adhere to the specified closing date and time: 11:00 AM on 16 July 2026.
