Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply, deliver, replace, and repair toilets in Slovo Township, Ward 02. The project aims to improve sanitation facilities by replacing flushing systems, repairing sewer pipes, hand basins, water pipes, constructing floors and walls, and installing doors and locks across multiple toilet units.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply and replacement of flushing systems and rodding eyes
• Resolving sewer pipe blockages
• Repairing washing hand basins and water pipes for male urinals
• Reconstructing damaged walls and floors for container toilets and waste transfer stations
• Constructing brick walls and installing toilet doors and locks
• Relocating existing toilets and constructing septic tanks as per drawings
• Additional works such as replacing window glasses and supply of galvanized pad bolts

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications include:

• Supply and replacement of flushing systems and rodding eyes
• Unblocking sewer pipes and repairing water supply issues
• Repairing hand basins and water pipes for urinals
• Constructing new floors (6m x 2.5m) for container toilets with damaged existing floors
• Constructing a septic tank (3m wide, 8m long, 2.5m deep)
• Building a brick wall to protect the rodding eye
• Replacing toilet doors and pad bolts
• Relocating toilets and constructing new floors for waste transfer stations

Skills Requirements

Suitable bidders should possess:

• Experience in plumbing, sanitation, and construction works related to toilet facilities
• Ability to unblock sewer pipes and repair water supply systems
• Competence in constructing brick walls, floors, and septic tanks
• Knowledge of installing and replacing flushing mechanisms, doors, and locks
• Understanding of health and safety standards in construction and plumbing
• Capability to work within specified timeframes and adhere to technical specifications
