Objectives

Technical Requirements

• Adherence to the applicable preference point system (either 80/20 or 90/10), determined after tender evaluation.
• Submission of valid documentation to substantiate claims for specific goals, such as certificates or sworn affidavits for ownership and disability status.
• Compliance with the definitions and conditions outlined in the tender, including proof of ownership, disability status, and BBBEE accreditation.
• Completion of the Preference Points Claim Form, including declaration and signature, to confirm the accuracy of claims.
• Provision of services in accordance with the tender specifications and applicable legislation.
