Objectives

To procure and deliver garden power tools for community service initiatives under the Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Local Municipality, ensuring value for money, transparency, and strict compliance with municipal supply chain management policies.

Scope

The tender covers the supply and delivery of garden power tools. Bidders must utilise the official municipal quotation documentation, including the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and pricing schedule. The municipality reserves the right to accept any or all bids, and the lowest price does not guarantee contract award.

Technical Requirements

• Quotations must strictly adhere to the municipal specifications and terms of reference.
• Pricing must be firm and inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) for registered vendors.
• Submissions must use the original municipal forms; any unsigned alterations to the BOQ or pricing schedule will render the bid invalid.

• No company director may currently hold a position in the public sector ("Service of the State").
