The primary objective is to appoint a qualified service provider to perform after-service repairs on critical commercial kitchen equipment at Dundee Hospital. Scope

The engagement covers a single, non-contract repair service executed on-site at Dundee Hospital. The scope encompasses diagnostic troubleshooting and component replacement across seven major kitchen units:

• Tilting Pans (3 units): Replacement of thermostats, control switches, indicator lamps, tilt mechanism springs, lid hinges, and electrical conduits.
