The primary objective of this tender is to procure specialised optometric medical equipment for clinical diagnostics and treatment at Dr Pixley Ka Isaka Seme Memorial Hospital. Scope

The scope covers the supply, delivery, and handover of specified goods to the designated hospital facility. It includes full compliance with administrative bidding requirements, standard contract conditions, and a fixed-price quotation model valid for 90 days. Suppliers must adhere to the 80/20 preferential scoring framework, provide physical samples with their submission, and guarantee that all delivered products meet minimum shelf-life and quality standards.
