The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified and experienced Vlog Agent to produce a series of 10 high-quality vlogs that communicate key research messages, showcase activities, and enhance the university's brand visibility. Scope

The scope of work includes the complete production of a 10-part vlog series, covering:

  • Pre-production: Concept development, scripting, planning for each vlog
  • Production: On-site filming of all 10 vlogs, including camera work, lighting, and audio capture
  • Post-production: Editing, branding, adding graphics, titles, captions, and optimizing for platform use

The deliverables must include:

  • 10 completed vlogs, each 3–5 minutes long
  • HD format (minimum 1080p)
  • Versions suitable for different platforms (landscape and/or vertical formats)

Technical Requirements

  • Video Quality: Shoot in 4K resolution
  • Camera Features:
    • Flip screen
    • Support for external microphone
    • Fast autofocus with face/eye tracking
  • Preferred Equipment:
    • Sony ZV-E10 or equivalent (primary)
    • Sony ZV-1 or equivalent (alternative)
