GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
The works, as described is part of the Agriculture and CASP programme of the Department of Agriculture Western Cape, Deon Van Wyk Farm situated in Roberson area requires a supply, delivery and installation of a Zink dam. The quoted amount will be a lump sum bid, a service provider with proven knowledge and expertise as a supplier of Zink dam in Agricultural industry must submit their quotations. The successful bidder must have the capacity to deliver and install the required goods within 10 (days) after appointment.
Detailed brochure (including pictures of the dam) and quotations must accompany this document.

SUBMISSION OF RFQ:
All RFQ documents to be uploaded onto the Casidra RFQ/Tender portal. No e-mailed or hard copy documents will be accepted.
NOTE TO BIDDERS:
Bidders are required to ensure that electronic bid submissions are done at least a day before the closing date to prevent issues which they may encounter due to their internet speed, bandwidth or the size of number of uploads they are submitting. Please do not wait for the last minute to submit. A bidder can upload 30MB and up to 10 documents per upload and multiple uploads are permitted.
