Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider responsible for the supply and delivery of printing papers to the NHLS Braamfontein stores. The goal is to ensure a reliable and efficient procurement process for printing papers that meet the specified standards and requirements of the NHLS.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Provision of A4 printing paper with 80 GSM weight.
• Supply and delivery of the specified printing papers in the required quantities (e.g., packs of 5 reams, totaling 500 boxes).
• Adherence to delivery timelines, specifically delivery within 5 working days after receiving a purchase order.
• Compliance with the specifications and quality standards outlined in the tender documentation.
• Provision of related contractual and administrative documentation, including references and compliance certificates.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the supply include:

• Supply of A4 size printing paper, 80 GSM, in packs of 5 reams, totaling 500 boxes.
• Delivery of the goods within 5 working days of receiving a purchase order.
• Provision of reference letters demonstrating previous experience in supplying stationery or similar products, valued at a minimum of R50,000 each, not older than five years.
• Compliance with the specifications regarding paper quality, weight, and packaging.
• Submission of a valid Tax Clearance Certificate, CSD registration, and B-BBEE certification.
• Adherence to the pricing schedule and inclusion of delivery costs.
