The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to produce high-quality street art on designated building walls at Ocean View, Cape Town. The artwork aims to foster positive relationships with local communities, promote environmental awareness, and communicate the key message of discovering and appreciating South Africa’s natural heritage through public art. The initiative also seeks to engage youth, inspire conservation efforts, and enhance the visual and cultural landscape of the area.
