APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE HIRING OF PLANT EQUIPMENT TO SAFCOL NGOME PLANTATION
The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to supply and hire plant equipment to Safcol Ngome Plantation. The aim is to ensure the availability of construction machinery such as graders, vibratory smooth rollers, TLBs, and tipper trucks to support construction and operational activities at the plantation.
The scope of work includes the provision of the following plant equipment on a hire basis:
All machines are to be delivered at Ngome Plantation, with invoicing based on machine hours and kilometers. The contract also covers site establishment and de-establishment, including transport arrangements.
The technical specifications for the equipment are as follows:
All equipment must be supplied at wet rates, inclusive of diesel and operator costs. Delivery of machines to Ngome Plantation is required, and invoicing will be based solely on machine hours and kilometers traveled.
