  • Have at least 1 year of relevant experience, with preference for practitioners with 3-5 years of proven expertise in tax advisory services.
  • Submit at least four (4) relevant reference letters for similar services conducted, including descriptions of scope and outcomes.
  • Be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide proof of registration.
  • Ensure compliance with tax obligations, including submission of a valid Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number.
