The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a capable service provider to supply, deliver, and offload 200L drums of Anionic Bitumen Emulsion (60% grade) SS60 for the uMngeni Local Municipality. The aim is to ensure a reliable supply chain for the municipality’s bitumen emulsion needs, facilitating infrastructure and road maintenance projects.
