Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to transcribe two audio recordings. The successful bidder will be responsible for accurately converting the audio content into written form, adhering to the specified requirements and contractual obligations.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Transcription of two audio recordings as specified by the department/public entity.
• Completion of the transcription in accordance with the provided instructions and contractual terms.
• Signing and filling in the required contract forms (DPW04.1 GS or DPW04.2 GS).

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender include:

• Provision of accurate and high-quality transcription of the audio recordings.
• Submission of bid response on official forms or online, without re-typing.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with mandatory information such as business registration, director/membership/identity numbers, tax compliance status, and banking details.
• Compliance with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 2000, the General Conditions of Contract (GCC), and any other applicable legislation or conditions.
• Provision of proof of tax compliance, either via TCS PIN, CSD number, or printed TCS document.
