  • Providing analysis at institutional and demographic levels, where appropriate and lawful.
  • Administering the survey via a secure, accessible platform ensuring confidentiality and voluntary participation.
  • Conducting focus groups and/or structured interviews to supplement survey data and provide qualitative insights.
  • Analyzing and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data objectively.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations of findings.
  • Supporting the development of a practical Culture Improvement Action Plan aligned with MUT’s strategic goals and transformation priorities.

  • Deliver detailed reports, presentations, and a Culture Improvement Action Plan.
