Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to deliver graphic design services for an A5 brochure, including designing, layout, and printing of itineraries for all towns within the Saldanha Bay Municipality area. The brochure must include a map of the SBM area and incorporate write-ups of the itineraries provided by the LED department.

Scope

The scope encompasses:

• Design and layout of an 8-page A5 brochure detailing town itineraries.
• Inclusion of a map of the SBM area within the brochure.
• Provision of printing services for 200 brochures.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications include:

• Design and layout of a professional, visually appealing 8-page A5 brochure.
• Incorporation of a map of the SBM area into the brochure.
• Use of write-up content to be provided by the LED department.
• Printing of 200 copies of the brochure with quality standards.
• Pricing must include all costs (design, layout, printing, VAT if applicable).
• Quotation must be valid for at least 90 days from the closing date.

Skills Requirements

The service provider must demonstrate:

• Proven experience in graphic design and layout for brochures and similar marketing materials.
• Capability to incorporate maps and detailed write-ups into the design.
