Technical Requirements

• The equipment must conform to the specifications available upon request and on the municipality’s website.
• All items must be new, unused, and of the most recent models, incorporating current design and material improvements.
• Items such as tents, tables, lanterns, furniture, jewelry components, and tools must meet quality standards and be suitable for their intended use.
• Suppliers must provide detailed quotations, signed and stamped on company letterhead.
• The delivery must be made to the specified address in accordance with the contract terms.
• All goods must be properly packed to prevent damage during transit and comply with special packaging and marking requirements.

Skills and Competencies Requirements

• Experience in supplying art and craft equipment and related materials.
• Ability to meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Capability to deliver goods on time and in full compliance with contractual obligations.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures, including submission of compliant documentation such as tax certificates, B-BBEE certificates, CSD registration, and proof of residency.
• Understanding of municipal procurement policies and adherence to the conditions of the tender process.
• Capacity to provide after-sales support, including warranty and maintenance services if required.
