Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a supplier to provide a Barrister Machine and Personnel for a 4-day event at Bothaville Nampo from 12 to 15 May 2026. The supplier must hire a barrister machine capable of making various coffee beverages and provide qualified personnel, coffee beans, water, and other consumables to serve approximately 100 cups per day.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Hiring of a barrister machine that prepares flavored lattes, iced coffees, espressos, and other coffee drinks.
• Provision of one barrister personnel.
• Supply of coffee beans, milk, flavors, sugar sufficient for 100 cups daily.
• Provision of 300 branded 350ml bottled purified water.
• Event location: Bothaville Nampo, from 12 to 15 May 2026.

Technical Requirements

The supplier must ensure:

• The barrister machine is capable of making the specified coffee beverages.
• Provision of one qualified barrister personnel for the duration of the event.
• Supply of all necessary consumables (coffee beans, milk, flavors, sugar) to serve approximately 100 cups per day.
• Supply of branded bottled water (300 units of 350ml each).
• All items must meet health and safety standards applicable to food and beverage services.

Skills Requirements

The bidder must demonstrate:

• Experience in supplying and operating coffee machines for events of similar scale.
• Qualified personnel with expertise in barista services.
• Ability to provide quality consumables and branded water in accordance with specifications.
• Compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards relevant to food and beverage handling.
