The primary objective of this tender is to procure a Ben Q Projector Lamp (Model ES500) that is compatible with Ben Q ES500 projectors, ensuring high brightness, excellent color quality, durability, and manual adjustability. The procurement aims to supply and deliver a replacement lamp/bulb to Port Shepstone Hospital's Supply Chain Management Department.
The scope includes the supply and delivery of one Ben Q Projector Lamp (Model ES500) to Port Shepstone Hospital, situated at No.7 Bazley Street, Port Shepstone. The lamp must meet specified technical standards, conform to the detailed specifications, and be delivered during office hours (07:30 - 15:00) at the designated hospital. The contract is a once-off purchase, with the lamp's shelf life and quality certification being critical components.
