Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to solicit proposals from qualified service providers for the leasing of an aerodrome (air strip) situated at Farm Rietvlei 276 LS district Soutpansberg for a period of five (5) years. The successful bidder will enter into a long-term lease agreement with the Makhado Local Municipality, with the aim of establishing and maintaining a functional aerodrome facility to meet the municipality's operational and developmental needs.

Scope

The scope of the tender encompasses:

• Submission of proposals for the leasing of the specified aerodrome property.
• Negotiation and signing of a lease agreement for a five-year period.
