Scope

The contract entails the supply and delivery of 100 boxes of 21-gauge adult blood lancets. This is a once-off procurement with a 90-day quotation validity period. All transportation and delivery costs must be factored into the unit price, with final delivery to the hospital’s specified address.

Technical Requirements

• Condition & Shelf Life: Products must be brand new, unused, and possess a minimum remaining shelf life of six months upon delivery.

• Warranty & Performance Penalties: Suppliers guarantee goods for 12 months post-delivery. Delayed deliveries incur daily financial penalties calculated at the prevailing prime interest rate. Persistent non-performance or fraudulent practices may result in contract termination and a public sector trading restriction of up to ten years.
