Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure 200 boxes of sterile, 18G 38mm blunt needles that meet specified quality and safety standards for use in medical procedures at Greys Hospital. Technical Requirements

• Needles must be sterile, individually packed, latex-free, and compliant with specified safety and quality standards.
• Each box should contain 100 units, with clear packaging details including expiry and manufacturing dates, sterility form, product details, manufacturer information, and CE number.
• Minimum shelf life of 18 months from the date of manufacture.
• Needles must meet the specifications outlined in the annexure, including size, packaging, and safety features.
• Samples must be provided upon request for evaluation and verification of compliance with specifications.
• Pricing must be inclusive of all costs, including delivery, packaging, and applicable taxes.
