Technical Requirements

• Adult Specifications: Approximately 2.2 metres in length, 1.8-metre central zipper, 18-micron thickness, rated to support up to 180 kg, three handles per side, white non-transparent material, and fully waterproof/leak-proof.
• Paediatric Specifications: Proportional sizing for children, adhering to the same durability, leak-proof, and hygiene standards as adult units.
• Quality & Compliance: Products must be new, unused, and possess a minimum remaining shelf life of six months upon delivery. Bidders must provide proof of SABS/SANS approval.
• Samples: A physical sample must be submitted by the closing date for end-user evaluation against the stated specifications.
• Pricing & Delivery: All-inclusive delivered pricing (VAT applicable if registered). Prices must remain firm throughout the contract period. Delivery costs must be factored into the quoted price.
