Technical Requirements

All supplied body bags must conform to the following detailed specifications:

• Material & Thickness: Manufactured from recycled plastic with a minimum thickness of 180 microns.
• Dimensions (Large): 2 meters in length by 1 meter in width.
• Color Configuration: White body, black handles, and black zipper.

• Logistics & Fulfillment: Established transport and warehousing infrastructure to safely move and deliver 1,000 units without damage, contamination, or delay.
• Regulatory & Procurement Compliance: Proficiency in managing public sector bidding processes, including Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, SARS tax clearance validation, B-BBEE documentation, and accurate completion of official quotation and preference claim forms.
• Proven Track Record: Valid documentation (orders and delivery notes) proving previous successful supply of similar goods to public or private healthcare facilities.
• Documentation & Communication: Ability to prepare certified proof of standards compliance, respond promptly to sample requests, and maintain transparent records throughout contract execution.
