The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider capable of delivering comprehensive branding services for the Blouberg Municipality's main office. This includes designing, constructing, and installing various signage elements to enhance the municipality's visual identity and branding presence within the main office premises.

In case of disputes regarding the procurement process or contract implementation, bidders must follow the channels outlined, including lodging written disputes within 14 days to Makwela M at the specified contact number. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes may be escalated to the provincial or national treasury, with the right to approach courts at any time.
Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF BRANDING SERVICES IN THE MAIN OFFICE” to the procurement office before or on 5th November 2025 at 12:00 PM. The municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and is not obliged to accept the lowest bid.
