Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure buffer solutions at pH 4, 7, and 10 for laboratory and biological applications. Scope

The scope of the tender includes the supply of:

• 2 units of 500ml pH Buffer 7 (green color: disodium hydrogen phosphate/potassium dihydrogen phosphate)
• 2 units of 500ml pH Buffer 4 (red color: citric acid/sodium hydroxide/hydrogen chloride)
• 2 units of 500ml pH Buffer 10 (pH 10.00, acid/potassium chloride/sodium hydroxide)

The products are intended for laboratory use, and suppliers must meet technical and quality standards as specified in the tender documentation.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the buffers are as follows:

• Buffer solutions must be of the specified pH levels (4, 7, and 10)
• Solutions should have the designated colors: green for pH 7, red for pH 4, and appropriate for pH 10
• Solutions must be supplied in 500ml bottles
• Suppliers must provide a certificate of analysis (COA), datasheet, and catalogue with the quote
• Samples must be submitted for approval before the RFQ closing date

All quotations are subject to the general conditions of contract and procurement policies of the institution.

Skills Requirements

Suppliers must demonstrate the following skills and capabilities:

• Ability to supply high-quality buffer solutions that meet specified technical standards
• Compliance with all registration and regulatory requirements, including active registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Provision of relevant documentation such as SBD forms, COA, datasheets, and samples
• Experience in supplying laboratory reagents and solutions, with proof of previous supply within the last 24 months
• Understanding of procurement procedures and ability to adhere to submission deadlines and technical specifications
