Scope

Technical Requirements

• All specifications and pricing schedules must be uploaded to the designated Informal Tender Portal prior to the closing date and time. Failure to upload will render the submission non-responsive.
• Tender prices must remain valid for a minimum of thirty (30) days from the submission date.
• Submissions must comply with the General Conditions of Tender, Conditions of Purchase, and all applicable municipal directives.
• Electronic submission only; fax submissions are strictly prohibited.
• Bidders must be successfully registered on the Nelson Mandela Bay Supplier Database to qualify for contract award.
