Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to solicit bids or proposals for the construction of the Tlokweng Internal Roads Phase 2, which spans approximately 4.7 km. • Construction of internal roads in Tlokweng, specifically Phase 2.

• Completion of the project within the stipulated timeline, with a bid closing date set for 30 April 2026.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender include:

• Compliance with the specified CIDB grading of 7CE / 6CE PE or higher.
• Submission of neatly bound bid documents with all necessary attachments.
• Participation in a compulsory briefing session scheduled for 07 April 2026 at 10:00 am at the MKLM Council Chamber Civic Center.
• All bids must be sealed, marked with the bid number, and deposited in the designated tender box at the Moses Kotane Local Municipality Civic Centre.
• Payment of a non-refundable bid fee of R500.00.
• Provision of municipal rates and taxes statement from the bidder’s municipality.
• Registration with the Central Suppliers Database and confirmation that company directors are not employed by the State.
