Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure catering services for the MMC campaign at Sundumbili Community Health Centre (CHC) for a period of six months. The aim is to ensure the provision of quality catering that meets specified standards to support the campaign activities.

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply of catering services, including specific meal components such as roasted chicken quarter legs, rolls with coleslaw, and fizzy drinks, delivered at designated locations (e.g., Amatikulu Training Centre). The contract duration is six months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and requirements.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of meals comprising 1 roasted chicken quarter leg, 2 rolls with coleslaw, and a 300ml fizzy drink per meal.
• Meals must be delivered to specified locations, such as the Amatikulu Training Centre.
• All meals must conform to the attached specifications and quality standards.
• Suppliers must ensure proper packing to prevent damage during transit.
• Delivery must be timely and accompanied by appropriate documentation as specified.
• Suppliers must provide samples if required and attend any compulsory site inspections or briefings.
