Objectives

Technical Requirements

• Provision of catering services for MMC for a duration of 6 months.
• Supply of specified food items, including 4 slices of buttered brown bread per person, one piece of chicken (drumstick or thigh), and 500ml of 100% fruit juice per person.
• Compliance with the attached specification form and standards, including quality and safety standards.
• Adherence to delivery schedules and proper packing to prevent damage during transit.
• Provision of necessary documentation such as invoices, delivery notes, and compliance certificates.
• Participation in compulsory site inspections and submission of samples if required.
