Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to provide support to child-headed households within the Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Local Municipality. The initiative aims to deliver essential goods and services to vulnerable children living without adult guardians, ensuring their basic needs are met through targeted support programs.

Scope

The scope of the tender encompasses the procurement and distribution of essential food supplies to 32 child-headed households. The support includes the provision of grocery items valued at R1500 per household, comprising rice, mealie-meal, potatoes, onions, chicken portions, sugar, flour, samp, beans, and cooking oil. The tender also involves the management and coordination of the distribution process to ensure aid reaches the intended beneficiaries effectively.
