The scope includes:

• Cleaning of offices, building interiors, and surrounding areas at Dondotha Clinic.
• Daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and waste removal.
• Specialized cleaning activities including high-level dusting, deep cleaning of carpets, and cleaning of windows and fixtures.
• Grounds maintenance including sweeping entrances and removing debris from external areas.
• Provision of essential cleaning tools, equipment, and materials for the duration of the contract.
• Adherence to infection control and health and safety regulations.
• Monitoring and reporting through daily checklists and attendance registers.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify:

• Provision of trained personnel (4 staff) to perform cleaning duties over a 6-month contract period.
• Use of approved cleaning materials and chemicals, including disinfectants and detergents compliant with health standards.
• Provision of necessary cleaning equipment such as mops, vacuum cleaners, stripping machines, and safety gear.
