The primary objective of this tender is to facilitate the clearing out of the storage building at the NHLS Braamfontein Campus, ensuring the space is vacated and prepared for subsequent use or renovation.
The scope encompasses all activities related to the demolition, removal of debris, alterations, repairs, and finishing works necessary to clear and refurbish the storage building. This includes demolition of existing structures, removal of rubble, construction of partitions, installation of doors, windows, plumbing, electrical systems, flooring, painting, and other related works as detailed in the Bill of Quantities and specifications.
