Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure 50 units of closed suction devices suitable for medical use, specifically designed to remove secretions from endotracheal tubes in a hospital setting. Scope

The scope of the tender encompasses the supply of 50 units of closed suction devices with detailed specifications including size (10fr), atraumatic tip, radio opaque features, lockable suction and cap, tactile sleeve, expiry date stickers, and a one-way irrigation port. The devices are intended for use in the Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Greys Hospital, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The contract is a once-off purchase, with delivery to the specified hospital address, and includes compliance with all relevant standards and specifications outlined in the tender documents.
