Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for the collection, framing, and delivery of Long Service Certificates. The aim is to ensure the certificates are properly collected, professionally framed with specified design parameters, and delivered within a stipulated timeframe to the designated municipal address.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Collection of four A4 Long Service Certificates from the HR Office at 21C Main Road, Beansa Building, Vredenburg.
• Framing of certificates according to specified requirements (cream background, gold frame, size approximately 38.5cm x 38cm).
• Delivery of the framed certificates to the Municipality Stores at Floryn Street, Marias Industrial, Vredenburg.
• Cost inclusion for collection, framing, and delivery in the quotation.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for framing are as follows:

• Number of Certificates: 4
• Background Colour: Cream
• Frame Colour: Gold
• Frame Size: Length approximately 38.5cm, Breadth approximately 38cm
• All costs for collection, framing, and delivery must be included in the quoted price.
• Certificates must be collected and delivered within 7 days after official order placement.
• Pricing must be VAT exclusive, with VAT (15%) added if applicable.

Skills Requirements

The tenderer must demonstrate:

• Experience in handling and framing certificates or similar artwork to a professional standard.
• Ability to meet specified technical framing standards and deadlines.
• Capacity to manage collection and delivery logistics efficiently.
