Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure corporate branded items, including wall banners and pull-up banners, to meet the municipality's branding and promotional needs.

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of specified branded items, namely:

• Wall Banners (2 units, size 3m x 2.25m, full colour, single-sided, heavy duty material)
• Pull Up Banners (4 units, size 2m x 1.2m, PVC fabric, full colour, includes bag and pole)

Suppliers are responsible for providing the items on time, in accordance with the specifications, and ensuring proper branding artwork supplied by the municipality.

Technical Requirements

• Wall banners must be heavy duty, full colour print, single-sided, size 3m x 2.25m.
• Pull-up banners must be PVC fabric, full colour print, size 2m x 1.2m, including a bag and pole.
• Artwork will be supplied in CorelDraw and PDF formats.
• Pricing must include all costs, including delivery charges.
• Items must conform to the provided specifications; deviations may result in additional costs or disqualification.

Skills and Qualifications Requirements

• Proven experience in producing high-quality branded banners and signage.
• Ability to interpret and reproduce artwork supplied in CorelDraw and PDF formats accurately.
• Capacity to meet delivery deadlines within 14 days after official order placement.
• Compliance with all technical and safety standards related to printing and material handling.
• Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and compliant with municipal procurement policies.
