Objectives

The primary objective is to procure a qualified service provider for the timely supply and delivery of high-quality crushed stone to support Umdoni Municipality’s roads and stormwater infrastructure maintenance and development projects. Scope of Work

• Supply & Delivery: Provision of 100 tonnes of 10mm crushed stone.
• Delivery Location: Designated Roads and Stormwater depot at Park Rynie.
• Coordination: All deliveries require prior scheduling and specification confirmation with the municipal representative. Uncoordinated or non-compliant deliveries will be rejected and unpaid.
• Contract Validity: Submitted quotations must remain valid for 120 days.
