Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Supplier registration, including organization, address, partners, and transformation details.
• Participation in tender bidding activities such as logging intent, uploading documentation, and capturing pricing and scorecards.
• Management and approval of contracts within the portal.
• Utilisation of portal features for communication, clarification, and documentation management.

The module covers all activities from initial supplier registration to final contract approval, ensuring comprehensive understanding and application of the portal functionalities.

Technical Requirements

• Access to a reliable internet connection and compatible device (computer or tablet).
• Use of supported web browsers to access the eSupplier Portal.
• Ability to upload documents in specified formats (e.g., PDF, Word, Excel).
