Objectives

Technical Requirements

• Registration on the Central Supplier Database is mandatory.
• Submission of a certified copy of registration with the Department of Agriculture & Forestry as an industrial operation in vegetation management and noxious weed control.
• Provision of a Letter of Good Standing for Workman's Compensation (COIDA).
• Participation in a compulsory site meeting at Colenso Magistrate Court.
• Compliance with the PPPFA regulations, including points allocation for specific goals.
• Potential risk assessment during evaluation to verify capacity to execute the project.
• Adherence to all technical specifications and requirements specified in the tender documents.

Skills Requirements

• Capability to perform vegetation management and weed control effectively.
• Experience in gardening and maintenance services, preferably with prior similar projects.
• Ability to comply with health and safety standards, including Workman's Compensation requirements.
• Capacity to undertake site assessments and participate in site meetings.
• Administrative skills to prepare and submit certified registration documents and other required certifications.
