The primary objective is to appoint a qualified service provider to maintain, repair, and/or replace fire safety equipment across designated South African Police Service (SAPS) stations in the uGu District Cluster 2. The contract is structured as a short-term engagement spanning three months.

Strict submission deadlines apply; all quotations received after the stipulated closing time will be automatically disqualified.

Technical Requirements

• CIDB Grading: Tenderers must hold a Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Contractor grading designation of 1 SF or higher.
• Supplier Registration: Mandatory registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is required for bid eligibility.
• Procurement Scoring: Bids will be evaluated using an 80/20 price and preference points system in accordance with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA) Regulations of 2022.
