Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified training service provider to design and deliver high-quality decision-making courses. The training aims to enhance decision-making capabilities within the VV Department by providing practical tools, models, and frameworks for effective decision-making, improving critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and fostering ethical and strategic decision processes.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Designing and delivering customized decision-making training programs.
• Providing facilitation and coaching services for teams and individuals.
• Offering practical tools, models, and frameworks for effective decision-making.
• Providing training materials such as manuals, case studies, and digital content.
• Delivering training through both in-person and virtual options.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the service provider include:

• Accreditation or registration with recognized bodies such as the National Qualifications Authority or equivalent.
• Educational qualifications of a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or related qualification in disciplines such as Psychology, Education/Training & Development, or Organizational Leadership.
• Understanding of key decision-making models.
• Ability to improve critical thinking, problem-solving, and structured decision-making skills.
• Experience in facilitating both group and individual decision-making processes.
• Provision of training materials, including manuals, case studies, and digital content.

Skills Requirements

The skills and qualifications required from the service provider are:

• Educational qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or related qualification in relevant disciplines.
• Accreditation: Must be accredited, recognized, or affiliated with relevant national or regional accreditation bodies.
• Expertise in decision-making models and frameworks.
• Ability to deliver engaging training sessions both in person and virtually.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
