Scope

The service encompasses the end-to-end delivery of structured training modules covering:

The scope includes curriculum delivery, instructional facilitation, learner assessment support, and the timely provision of requested training materials, study guides, or brochures upon formal written request. All training activities must strictly follow the official COBIT 2019 specifications provided by the procuring authority.

Technical Requirements

• All tender submissions must be completed and submitted electronically via the designated online portal; fax submissions will be automatically rejected.
• Quoted pricing must remain binding and valid for a minimum of thirty days from the tender closing date.
• Bidders must supply any requested documentation or training materials within three working days of receipt, or within an alternative timeframe mutually agreed upon in writing with the Project Manager. Failure to meet this deadline will render the bid non-responsive.
• Successful bidders must complete registration on the municipality’s centralized supplier database prior to contract award or service commencement.
• Full compliance with the Preferential Procurement Regulation of 2022 is mandatory, including adherence to the applicable scoring methodology.

Skills Requirements

80/20 System: A preferential procurement scoring model applied to this tender.
