Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to source a qualified supplier to design and produce indoor and outdoor branding materials for SITA's events. The successful bidder will create branding elements that enhance visibility, reinforce brand identity, and ensure consistency across various event touchpoints, both inside and outside the organization’s premises.

Scope

The scope encompasses the development, design, approval, and production of a wide range of branding materials, including:

• Indoor branding items such as banners, posters, tablecloths, counters, brochure stands, and media walls.
• Outdoor branding items such as gazebos, banners, flags, and umbrellas.
• Production of samples for approval prior to full-scale manufacturing.
• Design adaptation for different formats (print, digital, large-scale displays).
• Use of weather-resistant and durable materials suitable for outdoor conditions.
• Provision of all necessary accessories, packaging, and transport solutions.

The materials must feature SITA branding, including logos and corporate colors, and adhere to SITA’s brand guidelines.

Technical Requirements

The technical mandatory requirements include:

1. Provision of a portfolio demonstrating experience in designing and producing branding materials for at least three clients within the last two years.
2. Submission of at least three written references or testimonials from previous clients for similar work.
3. Designs must align with SITA’s brand guidelines, including colors, logos, fonts, and messaging.
4. All branding materials must be produced using weather-resistant, durable, and compliant materials such as vinyl, PVC, fabric, or similar.
5. Samples and digital print-ready files must be submitted for approval before production.
6. Materials must be branded in SITA colors: SITA green, navy blue, or white, with Pantone colors provided upon award.
7. Production of specific items such as gazebos, banners, flags, tablecloths, counters, media walls, and umbrellas, with detailed specifications for each.
8. All materials must be of high quality, weatherproof, UV-resistant, flame-retardant, and compliant with safety standards.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and producing branding materials for corporate or public sector clients, demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Minimum of three references or testimonials from previous clients for similar projects.
• Capability to produce high-quality, durable, weather-resistant branding items in line with technical specifications.
• Ability to adapt designs for various formats and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Experience in handling large-scale production and logistics, including sample approval processes.
• Knowledge of safety standards, environmental considerations, and the use of weatherproof materials.
• Capacity to provide samples and digital files for approval prior to production.
• Understanding of confidentiality, intellectual property rights, and compliance with government procurement conditions.
