Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure 60 units of Digital USB Temperature Data Loggers to monitor and record fridge temperatures, ensuring pharmaceuticals are stored within the optimal temperature range. The solution aims to facilitate automatic PDF report generation, reliable data recording, and ease of connectivity with computers via USB interface.

The scope encompasses the supply of 60 units of digital USB temperature data loggers that meet specified technical and quality standards. The procurement is a once-off contract for the Dr Pixley Ka Isaka Seme Memorial Hospital, located in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The tender includes compliance with specified standards, delivery, installation, and documentation as per the detailed specifications.

Technical Requirements

• LCD display with USB interface for direct connection to computers
• Capability to generate PDF reports automatically

• Proficiency in completing and submitting all required documentation, including bid forms, declarations, and compliance certificates
