Objectives

The primary objective of the tender is to provide dislodging of septic tanks and cleaning sewer lines at clinics, ensuring proper waste disposal, and maintaining sanitation standards at the specified healthcare facilities.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Dislodging septic tanks using honey suckers and dumping effluent at registered disposal sites.
• Removing all sludge and foreign objects from septic tanks and sewer lines.
• Cleaning sewer lines, manholes, and gullies using water jetting machines.
• Removing and disposing of solid waste from manholes and gullies.
• Providing detailed reports on the condition of sewer lines post-cleaning.
• Ensuring waste removal and site cleanup after completion.
• Adhering to safety, environmental, and operational standards throughout the work.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Use of honey suckers with capacity of 8000L or above for septic dislodging.
• Effluent disposal at registered dump sites with valid disposal certificates.
• Water jetting of sewer lines, main holes, and gullies with water jetting machines on site.
• Removal and proper disposal of all waste and foreign objects from septic tanks and sewer systems.
• Compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Provision of disposal permits and job cards signed by authorized personnel.
• Submission of detailed post-service reports and invoices with supporting documents.

Skills Requirements

The tender mandates that contractors must possess:

• CIDB grading of Level 1 or higher.
• Qualified and experienced personnel, including artisan plumbers with valid trade certificates.
• Proven experience in septic tank dislodging and sewer line cleaning.
• Proper licensing and certification for safe disposal of effluent and waste.
• Ability to operate water jetting machinery and honey suckers effectively.
• Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations related to waste management and sanitation services.
• Capability to provide detailed reports, job cards, and compliance documentation promptly.
