Technical Requirements

• Completion and submission of all mandatory returnable documents, including CIPC registration, B-BBEE verification certificate or sworn affidavit, and the Bidder's Disclosure form (SBD 4).

• Post-evaluation, up to three highest-scoring bidders may be requested to submit physical samples for validation, though no samples are required at the initial submission stage.
