Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a collection of drapes (Drape Collection) for St Andrews Hospital, KwaZulu-Natal, ensuring compliance with specified standards and specifications, and supporting local manufacturing and enterprise development goals.

Scope

The scope includes the supply of 20 rolls of Ellavi Blood-Collection Drape (each roll containing 100 sheets) to St Andrews Hospital. The procurement is a once-off contract, with a validity period of 60 days from the advertisement date. The delivery must conform to the specifications and be completed within the delivery period specified by the bidder.

Technical Requirements

• Supply of 20 rolls of Ellavi Blood-Collection Drape (each roll of 100 sheets).
• Products must meet the specifications outlined in the attached documentation and conform to relevant S.A.N.S./S.A.B.S. standards.
• All supplies must be new, unused, and incorporate the latest design and materials unless otherwise specified.
• Goods must be delivered in compliance with the contract terms, including proper packing to prevent damage during transit.
• Suppliers must provide samples if required and ensure delivery within the specified period.
• Pricing must include VAT if applicable, and the total quotation must be valid for 60 days.
