The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver printed entry permits for Leentjiesklip Caravan Park. The permits are intended to be used as identification or access tokens for visitors, with specific specifications for size, design, and application to vehicle windows.
The scope includes the provision of 5,000 printed entry permits on orange paper with black lettering, including glue strips for adhesion to car windows. The permits must be pre-cut, ready for use, and conform to the specified size of 7cm x 7cm. Delivery must be completed within 14 days after the official order, and the permits are valid for 90 days, with automatic extension as per policy.
