Scope

The scope of work includes conducting pressure tests and providing maintenance services for fire equipment as specified in the RFQ. Bidders are expected to submit quotations that cover the entire scope, adhering to the technical and procedural guidelines provided by Transnet.

Technical Requirements

• Perform pressure testing on fire equipment to verify integrity and safety.
• Provide servicing and maintenance in accordance with relevant standards and specifications.
• Complete the Transnet online Pricing Schedule accurately and fully.
• Ensure timely submission of bid responses via the Transnet Digital Procurement System (TDPS).
• Submit all mandatory returnable documents, including compliance certificates and evidence for specific goals.
• Adhere to the lead time specified from the date of request.
• Comply with all legal, safety, and quality standards as outlined in the tender documentation.
